Depends on your definitions of both.

I suppose the form of "rank" we have is in the usertitles. After reaching a certain amount of posts, you're usertitle automatically upgrades if you haven't customized it. If you're talking about position ranks. You can read that -> here.

We don't allow SPAM (stupid pointless annoying messages) at all here at PC.
