Ohhh Togekiss! <3 It's one of my favourite pokemon too! I really love the artwork and it's a really great pokemon to travel with on journies! I really love it's new Fairy Typing - it's really good against Dragons now!
It's great to meet you espaider, and welcome to PC! So, you're new to the games? Well, the games are quite amazing, and I hope that you're enjoying them so far! My favourite pokemon game has to be a cross between Emerald and Pokemon HeartGold, but all the other pokemon games are really great as well!
Mmm, well, breeding is quite a tricky step. ;o; But, maybe you can ask for some trading advice over at the Trade Corner? they are always really big on pokemon breeding, and they are really great members in general, so, they'll have no trouble helping you out with any questions you may have! I'd like to breed some Togepi too with good IVs, which I plan on doing soon, haha.

Like Aura said, you can ask for breeding help in the Trade Corner and you'd be surprised with how many knowledgeable breeders we have here. I'm currently breeding for a shiny Chespin so if you have specific questions you're welcome to ask me through my profile and I'll do my best to assist. Togekiss will probably be on my list eventually but for now I'm going to stick to shiny breeding for a wee bit. Do you already have a Togepi? Breeding's actually quite simple once you get the basics. :o
