[The Greatest Lobotomy]

Hello, I am The Greatest Lobotomy, and I've been playing pokemon for about... almost eleven years now? I believe one more year later than I was playing other video games, so it's safe to say i've gotten kind of close to the franchise. Games, I had them, toys, done, books, yep, cards, checkarino, tv show, who didn't? That's why I choose to come to this forum, although after I got tired of going through the same grind to get competitive pokemon after I beat X I got kind of bored of the games, and I would have picked up the new one but I my money for a Wii U instead, so I definitely fell out of touch with the community. As such I'll probably try and stick to more general pokemon topics and the non pokemon related threads.

I look forward to meeting new people and hopefully making a few people laugh along the way. :D

Hey Greatest! Makes me happy hearing that PC was your forum of choice, we're all pretty awesome here.

But yeah, the games do become pretty repetitive once you've beaten the story.. yet I continue to be addicted. xD; Have over 230 hours in Alpha Sapphire right now and counting! Took me about 40-50 hours to beat the story too so a huge chunk of playtime was spent on post-game. Despite not buying the new games I'm glad you have plans to dive into discussions here.. tons to talk about. :) Enjoy your time! Be sure to ask if you need help, yes?

And hello from me too, Greatest! Awesome that you made the choice to join PC, and I hope you're having a great time yourself as well! We're different from your standard Pokemon forum, with huge diversity and a friendly atmosphere.

I can understand the repetitiveness once one beats the story, but I still have fun playing the game even when I have nothing to do for the sake of it, and I still have stuff to collect in my Alpha Sapphire, with my latest accomplishment being the successful capture of Cresselia, hence why I'm wearing this Cresselia avatar/sig today. Hopefully you do plan to get OR/AS soon, because as Sheep herself would say, they are worth playing because well, that's the message you get coming off a major Hoenn fangirl.

I do hope to continue seeing you around, and don't hesitate to ask around if you have any questions or just need a helping hand! Good luck and hopefully stay active when you can.
