    I am currently playing White.
    Pokemons I've decided to get:
    GengarItem:Leftover
    Moveset:Hypnosis, Focus Punch, Substitute, Protect.

    ScolipedeItem:Undecided
    Moveset: Undecided

    Haxorus/DragonairItem:Undecided
    Moveset: Undecided

*I'm not very experienced with pokemon, nor have I ever set up a real team. I have decided on Gengar and Scolipede, but I need help filling out the moves for Scolipede. I want a dragon so I selected either Haxorus or Dragonair (I don't know which one is better so I need help selecting the dragon, too). In addition, please help me fill the the other 3 pokemons, I honestly don't know how to set up a good team. Thanks for anyone who would offer me a hand.

Why are you giving Gengar a physical move when its Special Attack is clearly higher than its physical attack? Hypnosis is notoriously inaccurate, so there's little reason to use it. Here's a much better way of using Substitute Gengar:
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball
    -Will-o-Wisp
    -Disable/Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave/Focus Blast/Taunt
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 28 HP/148 SAtk/80 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge

Here's a more offensive take on Gengar:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast/Thunderbolt
    -Destiny Bond
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

Scolipede must always use its Speed Boost ability, as this is the ability that made it even viable in OU:
    -Megahorn
    -Spikes
    -Swords Dance
    -Earthquake/Rock Slide/Baton Pass
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Focus Sash
    Ability: Speed Boost

    or
    -Megahorn
    -Poison Jab/Rock Slide
    -Earthquake
    -Protect
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Speed Boost

Dragonite is clearly superior to Dragonair, as it has better stats and a better move pool. I'd recommend testing out either Haxorus or Dragonite to see which member fits better:

    Haxorus:
    -Dragon Dance/Swords Dance
    -Outrage/Dual Chop
    -Earthquake
    -Poison Jab/Taunt
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 16 HP/252 Atk/240 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry
    Ability: Mold Breaker

    Dragonite:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Extreme Speed
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry/Weakness Policy
    Ability: Multiscale

    or
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Extreme Speed
    -Dragon Claw/Fire Punch
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Multiscale

    or
    -Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Extreme Speed
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 216 HP/64 Atk/228 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Multiscale

Considering that Scolipede is weak to Stealth Rock, Defog support may be necessary; Mandibuzz can provide that for you, while covering the Psychic weaknesses of Scolipede and Gengar:
    -Foul Play
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Whirlwind
    -Defog/Toxic/Knock Off
    Nature: Bold/Impish
    EVs: 248 HP/136 Def/108 SDef/16 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Overcoat

An entry hazard setter like Therian Landorus or Ferrothorn works well on the team to help the team get KOs they normally can't:

    Therian Landorus:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Earthquake
    -U-turn
    -Stone Edge/Knock Off
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet

    Ferrothorn:
    -Leech Seed
    -Protect/Thunder Wave
    -Gyro Ball/Power Whip
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes/Gyro Ball
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/216 Def/40 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Iron Barbs

    or
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Leech Seed
    -Gyro Ball/Thunder Wave
    -Power Whip/Protect
    Nature: Relaxed
    EVs: 252 HP/216 Def/40 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Iron Barbs

The last Pokemon can go to Sylveon or Clefable to provide Wish support:

    Sylveon:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Hyper Voice
    -Heal Bell/Calm Mind
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/216 Def/40 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Pixilate

    Clefable:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Moonblast
    -Heal Bell/Aromatherapy/Thunder Wave/Stealth Rock/Calm Mind
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware/Magic Guard

Mr platinum dude. Dont recommend mandibuzz or clefable/sylveon every time. Theres more to pokemon than to keep hazards away and wishpassing. You have a stealth rock weak pokemon? So? The fact that you recommend ferrothorn afterwards is just stupid too. Gengar with a bulky spread has SOME survivability but scolipede does not, and wishpassing to them in general would be useless. The mons you suggest fit better on balance/semistall. Scolipede should never be seen on anything but offense. Wanna deal with psychics? Scarf/chople/mega ttar. Wanna defog but keep offensive pressure? LO latios. Need a stealth rocker? Lando-t, bulky garchomp, deo-s/a (if HO). Slapping mandibuzz om every team doesnt work. Its good but not that good.

Edit: to the guy who actually made the thread. Dont restrict yourself by using certain pokemon on the same team unless they have any specific synergy.

He's playing on White, so Speed Boost Scolipede is unavailable, and Sylveon doesn't exist. Clefable isn't good in Gen 5 either.

Which reminds me....minibot, you can't do Wifi battles since Wifi was shut down for the Wii and DS/DS Lite/DSi last month. If you're playing against friends, you're ok then.

Didn't see that. Forget about Clefable Scolipede and Mandibuzz, then; they're not that good in B/W.

My point still stands on Haxorus, Gengar and Dragonite. The prime hazard clearers of B/W OU are Forretress, Donphan and Starmie:

    Forretress:
    -Stealth Rock/Spikes
    -Rapid Spin
    -Gyro Ball/Hidden Power (Ice)
    -Volt Switch
    Nature: Relaxed/Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy

    Donphan:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Rapid Spin
    -Earthquake
    -Ice Shard
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sturdy

    Starmie:
    -Hydro Pump/Surf
    -Psyshock/Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    or
    -Scald
    -Psyshock/Ice Beam/Thunderbolt
    -Rapid Spin
    -Recover
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 248 HP/32 Def/4 SAtk/224 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

The ideal Wish supporter is Vaporeon:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Scald
    -Ice Beam/Roar/Toxic/Heal Bell
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Water Absorb
