I need someone to reformat these to work in RPG Maker 2003.

I also want Scatch Dunsparce Overworld Character Sheet that works with RPG Maker 2003.

I don't know how. Everything that I edit in Paint is rejected by my RPG Maker 2003 even if it's a BMP or PNG image. So I'm unable to use custom sprites ;_;

Tools-> Database -> System -> TitleScreen

Course you need a new title screen imported first.
Resource manager -> Titles -> Import
(For Rpg maker XP)
