RPG Maker 2003 Title Screen?

Yeah, I have absolutely no clue what size the title screen is supposed to be because my help file won't open.

Any help?

G/S/C Tiles!

Is it possible that someone can get some Pokémon G/S/C Tiles FR/LG Style?
I am desperetly in need of the Sprout Tower and the Ruins of Alph.

I would be really gratefull if someone had these for me, or could make it, because I need it for a upcoming Pokémon Game I am making with some friends in secret ^^

I need some help with terrain. Some of the black tiles outside of the players room allow you to step on them. How do I fix this. I've checked the Terrain tags and it still does not work.

I also need help with title screens. How do you animate them?

Finally can someone make a script for me that is the one in Pokemon Yellow how Pro. Oak stops you in the grass and battles Pikachu and then you get it in the lab? Thanks.^^
 
Um, I need help resizing an OW sprite. How do you do it without completely ruining the look of it?

Also, I am looking for a desert tileset and a farm tileset, if anyone happens to have these, and wouldn't mind giving me them, it would be much appreciated.

Lastly, if anyone has a front Wes sprite, a front Rui sprite and some back Rui sprites, that I could have, that would be great. (Wes and Rui are the heros of Pokemon Colosseum, btw.)

Adding A Rival?

I'm using Pokemon Essentials and I'm wondering how to add a rival and the code so that the rival appears when you put it in. Code Example: \PN will put the Players Name where you put it there so what is the one where you can get the Rivals Name to appear.

Hi, I hope someone can help me with this. Does anyone know how to increase the level cap in a Pokémon game? I'm asking mainly for in Pokémon Essentials. Thanks :)

in an event where a rival would appear for the first time or where a player would otherwise get the chance to specify his name. I assumed you would know exactly where it would appear.

Help! nintendo wifi

i have a connection, but a message keeps poping up saying "testing connection..." then it says "unable to obtain in IP address. move within range of the access pi\oinr or check DHCP settings." what does this mean. im as close to teh computer as i can get. and i have all 3 bars.

This happens to be the Game Development Help and Requests thread not Wi-Fi Help. In other words, your in the wrong section. This is harsh but, learn to read.
 
um.... how do you change the players graphic for a short time?
 
i'm looking for a script that is compatible with pokemon essentials (or instructions on what i need to change in it) that will change the title screen depending on a certain variable. Specifically, in my game the starter pokemon is an eevee and i want it so the title screen to start with an eevee as well, but when the player evolves their eevee the title screen changes from an eevee into whatever the player evolved theirs into. so if they don't evolve their starter the title never changes. and would i be right in thinking the easiest way to do this would to be to hold back the means for it's evolution until a certain point in the game when they are prompted to choose which evolution they want? and if that is the case then how do i prevent the evolutions that rely on happiness? and how would then prevent the player from being able to evolve their eevee if they chose not to evolve it?

Dude, I think you made my Brain Explode... Seems like too much work just to make the title screen change when your starter Evolves...Not like anyone really looks at a Title screen for more than 2 seconds. O.o

well i want it to change. ok so how about i just make an event that gives the player a choice of item and when an item is given a switch is activated that changes the title?
