Help: Fake Neo Destiny

I purchased a box (Neo Discovery) from Germany and it says they was made in Belgium (the cards are in English). Were there English Pokemon cards produced in Belgium? Finally, The line on the back of the card comes barely on top e and m in Pokemon... Instead of the side of the m. Other then that they're perfect. Are these fakes?
