    Absol = no-no.
    Absol wants Life Orb.
    Use this

    Absol @ Life Orb
    252 Atk 252 Spe 4 Def
    Super Luck ability
    Adamant nature
    -Sword Dance
    -Sucker Punch
    -Psycho Cut
    -Superpower

This is an useful Absol set.
Also, why is it in lead position?

Gardevoir also won't be doing damage. If you really want it, make it Scarfed. Scarf Gardevoir works well.

    Gardevoir @ Choice Scarf
    252 Sp.att 252 Spe 4 Def
    Trace ability
    Timid / Modest nature
    -Psychic
    -Focus Blast
    -Shadow Ball
    -Will-O-Wisp

Snorlax wants Curse over Crunch. Togekiss is an OFFENSIVE Pokemon. It has little defensive potential even that it has good sp.def, OU is runned by physical threats.
Walls also use moves to boost their defenses.

Togekiss @ Leftovers / Life Orb
    252 Sp.att 252 Spe 4 Def
    Serene Grace ability
    Timid / Modest nature
    -Air Slash
    -Aura Sphere
    -Flamethrower
    -Psychic

You can give it Timid and opt for Choice Specs, greatly adding to this set's potential power.

Well this is as far as I can help you.
Also, this team isn't really balanced. As much as I love Absol and Gardevoir and as a user of them, they can't really stand out in OU tier. Perhaps Absol, but Gardevoir without Choice Scarf will be killed easily. I cannot find you better replacements.

Oh yeah, and Dragonite wants ExtremeSpeed.

    Absol
    Adamant Nature
    @ Razor Claw/Scope Lense
    252 Attack/252 Speed/4 HP
    Super Luck

    -Psycho Cut
    -Night Slash
    -Shadow Claw/Slash
    -Stone Edge

Ability, Item, and Moves all increase Crits, with some EV's in Speed.

I guess, 50% to crit is p cool, but it has no priority and loses to most leads so overall its p bad. RTHooker's build is better.

    Snorelax
    Careful Nature
    @ Leftovers
    252 HP/252 Sp Def/4 Def
    Thick Fat

    -Rest (not sleep :P)
    -Sleep Talk
    -Crunch
    -Body Slam

    Special Wall

Needs more Def. EVs otherwise even weak physical attacks poop on it. Drop Sleep Talk for Curse though. Keep Crunch so Ghosts don't force you out. EV Spread should be:

    168 HP / 120 Def / 220 SpD for maximum efficency.

    Dragonite
    Adamant Nature
    @ Life Orb
    252 Attack/252 Spe/4 Defense
    Inner Focus

    -Extremespeed
    -Dragon Dance
    -Fire Punch/Earthquake
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw

Wing attack is bad. Stone edge is poop on Nite, and Dragon Rush sucks overall. That set is better, I suggest Outrage over Dragon Claw, just make sure that all opposing Steel-Types are dead or have less tha 20% hp. If you are going to use Nite, always have Extremesuck, otherwise use Mence, its better, Fire Punch is for stuff like Scizor/Forry who come in and try to stop you. Set is walled by Heatran though, so EQ could be a better option, but you run the risk of getting slaughtered by SD Scizor.

    Gardevoir
    Modest Nature
    @ Leftovers
    252 SP.Attack/252 SP. Defense/4 Speed
    Synchronize

    -Focus Blast
    -Energy Ball
    -Psychic
    -Thunderbolt

    Sp attack stab

Don't use Gardevior. Its bad for the most part outside of NU (limited in UU) and really has a gimmicky approach for being used. If you are going to use it, go with Trace ability and not Synchronize, that way you can trace abilities like Water Absorb, Motor Drive, Flash Fire, etc and use them against the opponent. Also use it as a Dual Screener or support pokemon. Don't use RTHooker's set because it doesn't have Trick which means Tyranitar can switch in on Psychic and go "lololol Pursuit, dead." Although, if you want a special attacker in OU, Starmie does about a million times a better job with this set:

    Starmie @ Life Orb
    252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 HP
    -Surf
    -Thunderbolt
    -Ice Beam
    -Recover

Pretty solid type coverage, only walled by a few things. Recover prolongs its existence.

    Rhyperior
    Impish Nature
    @ Leftovers
    252 Defense/252 Health/4 Attack
    Solid Rock

    -Fire Punch
    -Stone Edge
    -Earthquake
    -Megahorn

    Wall

Eh. I guess. I would give it some more Attack EVs maybe like 200 HP / 56 Atk? so it actually does damage lol, and don't user Hammer Arm imo, Fire Punch is better imo.

    Togekiss
    Modest Nature
    @ Leftovers
    252 SP Attack/252 SP Defense/4 Defense
    Hustle?

    -Air Slash
    -Aura Sphere
    -Flamethrower
    -Psychic

Not too sure about this one

Use RTHooker's set suggested above, its better and Togekiss really exists for paraflinching.

Has been a long time since i made a real pokemon team, please help.

Comments above in BOLD. Few notes about your team:

-Lack Stealth Rock which is bad, it really is vital and can make the difference between getting a OHKO or a 2HKO.
-In conjuction with a couple of other pokemon, Scarf Heracross can OHKO your entire team with a combination of Close Combat and Megahorn by saccing a few pokemon along the way.
-Offensive Suicune pretty much lol's at you.
-Spikes weak. Lots of opportunity for your opponent to set up, few for you. (aka while Lax is asleep, opponent uses DD/SD/CM and sweeps).

Thats all I got for now.

I like the idea of your team (ZachxStabyou) but, it is too offensive with not enough support. I would have a solid lead that is somewhat fast and that can set up stealth rocks and would have some support pokemon in general. Although, your team still needs some work I think overtime you will also finds out what works best for you and what you like to work with in a competitive party.

This is a horrible pokemon and it wastes a slot. Get something to set up Stealth Rock since you lack that.

    Comments in boldness.

Wow we still have the dumb 25 char limit even though i typed at least 25 characters in post. >_____>
