That would likely be a question better asked in like ROM Hacking or something, though I'm not 100% sure they can help you either.

Nope, you can't.

You know those guys that say "No Scam 100% Free"? Do not trust them, they either have virus or have a survey. Again, do not trust them. There is no way you can get Pokemon X in PC
