how do i get to snowpoint city i cant use rock climb yet and i cant get passed so could u guys help me

u find HM rock climb behind the hikers house on route 217 near the left of the route

i cant use rock climb outside of battle yet

You don't need HM 07 to get there, you just go through MT.Coronet, simple

but when i go in there is a boulder and it says this when i press A ''It's a big boulder,but a Poke'mon may be able to push it aside'' so what do i do?

But i cant get to sunyshore city yet

Go to the tower just south of Solaceon, (the tower is full of ghosts) climb your way up the tower and talk to one of the people at the top. They'll give you Strength so you can get to Snowpoint. ^_^
