Help In Spoilers for my Sig

Well In my sig I want to have 3 Spoilers in the same line somewhat like JKaizer and some othershave but I am not able to?How should I do it!I tried but you can see the result in my sig,Pls help me!

edit:Wait a min While previewing my sig It WAS correct but now it's like this again!~
