I don't think you can interact with each other on Switch cos otherwise little kids could freely chat to adults online :)

Seems you already have a trade being set up, but as said, try the trade corner forum section next time please. Make a new thread there and list what you need in that. https://www.pokecommunity.com/forumdisplay.php?fn=tradecorner
As for trading/how to interact, you can just use a link code when selecting the link trade option and let the other person know what code you are using - then you can trade without being switch friends.
