Help me finish my team

Hey so, I am about to use a new competitive team and for now I only have two pokemon planned, could I get any other suggestions on good pokemon I could use? I am open for suggestions for other movesets too.

Politoed @Damp Rock

A specially defensive spread is better for Politoed, IMO, since Scald helps against physical attackers anyways:

Ability: Drizzle

Rain stall is pretty much obsolete in X/Y, due to the Drizzle nerf. The lack of STAB on Ludicolo seriously hurts:
-Hydro Pump/Surf
-Giga Drain
-Ice Beam
-Focus Blast
Nature: Modest
EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
Item: Life Orb
Ability: Swift Swim

Tornadus is an option for a backup rain inducer:
-Rain Dance
-Hurricane
-Superpower/Focus Blast
-Knock Off/Taunt
Nature: Naive/Timid
EVs: 4 Atk/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Damp Rock/Life Orb
Ability: Prankster

Mega Manectric or Wash Rotom can be used to deal with opposing Water Pokemon:

Mega Manectric:
-Thunder
-Volt Switch
-Hidden Power (Ice)
-Flamethrower/Overheat (while either one is weakened in rain, both help against Ferrothorn)
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe

-Pain Split/Rest
