HELP ME!!!! I have am serios, please help me, people...

    Hoka, I am getting VERY agervated.....I want to register with a different screen name but everytime I try a screen name that I want....It just tells me that the screen name I chose couldn't be "located".....WHAT THE HECKELL DOES THAT MEAN!!!!????!!!!! Please help me, people, I mean, Does that mean that the screen name I chose has already been taken, or what???????
     
    This should go in Computers or Q&F, depending on what kind of screenanme you're looking for.

    Is this for AIM, MSN, here, what?
     
    You have logged out and hit the register link, correct?

    And if it can't "locate" the name, I'm gonna guess that it's already taken.

    Yeah It Probably Means It's Taken...
     
    Or it could be the comp you're using. Sometimes when you put up cookie blocks, it triggers something like that. It probably just means the username you want is taken, or it could be that it's something with your comp.
     
    Did you put something like a refferel to another user? Cause if you did, you probably spelled it wrong and tahts usually what it shows when you write the wrong username who you reffered, sicne it has to locate it.

    Come to think of it, you're most likely right. ^_^
     
    is it fixed? were you able to re-register?

    can you do a screenshot if not?
     
    Well athat was what happend to me when i changed form DAC to Alexiz, I looked for alexander, but it said that name was takend, so if the name was taken it tells you its takend, it doesn't tell you its located. If you reffer a user, it tells you the user could not be located, since you typed it wrong.

    You mean 4 people referred you? o.O
    If so then only put one instead of 4 in the box,
    and you have to logout before registering you know?
     
    Hit the log-in page, there shoul dbe a link there.
     
    I believe that as most of the other users have stated already, the name must've been taken already. But if that's not the case then I'd recommend getting an admin to help you. ^____^ But, if the feact that the names you've been choosing are already taken, then before re-registering, just go to the Member List to be sure that name isn't already there. It saves a lot of time. ^___^
