Are there any legal cards that have an ability to place dark energys on themselves (not in hand but on the pokemon directly)??????????

I don't even know what the hell you are even trying to ask. If I was to take a guess though, I think Dark Patch could be the card you're looking for? It lets you attach a Dark Energy from your discard pile onto one of your benched Dark Pokemon. Energy Switch allows you to move one basic energy attached to one of your Pokemon onto another.
