hey i have a video and I want it in animated gif...do you know how to do that?

record a section of it using a program <_______>

I think this best goes in the Computer forum... thingy. o_O *moves*

PKGirl - I think he means more specifically. As in, types of programs to use, etc. -_-

You could use Media Player Classic to capture the frames you want, then use Jasc Animation Shop to gif them up

Yeah that's what I meant, more specificly

Which version of Media Player can be used to screencapture?
And where abouts on its options does it allow you to screencapture?

    Thankyou ^^

Mmm..Media Player Classic 6.4.8.2 can do Screencaps, in File -> Save BMP
This is not to be confused with Windows Media Player, however, which is a vastly inferior and bloated piece of software.

Has no one heard of Print Screen? That'll take screens in basically everything if you configure the program right.

But he doesn't want screenshots, he wants a GIF of it... GIF construction set converts straight to GIF...
