Help with choosing good PKMN IVs

[Firebird]

Should I keep a Larvitar with these IVs:
HP 23
Atk 20
Def 23
Sp.A 17
Sp.D 27
Speed 8
and Bashful nature?
I'm thinking of training a T-tar with this moveset:
- Substitute
- Focus Punch
- Crunch
- Thunderbolt
Should I keep it or just keep hatching? :\

The moveset is that Boah one.

Goto my Countering The Common Techniques thread I put a Boahtar thing there, you'll be able to see the Standard Nature, EV's etc..

Moveset is not too shabby, but the IVs hardly support his strengths that he'll have when he reaches Tyranitar. You want one where it's strengths are more in attack and defense. I think you should keep hatching.

No Boahtar needs Sp.Atk, you know, since 2/3 of his ATTACKS are Special.

if those are its Iv's
its special attack is a little on the low side for a boahtar
so keep hatching HP is nice but, could stand to be a little higher, Attack is fine

Need MORE help with next set of IVs

I've got better IVs on a Impish but got a good natured with above average IVs
The IVs are:
Impish
HP 22
Atk 28
Def 22
Sp Atk 28
Sp Def 25
Spd 1

Quiet
HP 20
Atk 20
Def 15
Sp Atk 25
Sp Def 27
Spd 2

Note: I dont need IVs for Spd because of Sub + Focus Punch set and T-tar isnt fast anyway.
