6th Gen Help with EV Spread

So guys im getting Y today and im planning on EV training my team. But i need help knowing the EV spread im going to use.

Chesnaught: I was thinking 252 AtK/ 252 Def and 4 HP
Charizard:Definitely 252 SpA/ 252 Spe and 4 AtK
Sylveon: From what ive seen this guy should be 252 SpA/ 252 SpD and 4 HP right?
Aegislash: 252 AtK/ 252 Def and 4 HP???

Ok now im not sure about these 2

Dragalge

If any of you guys have these pokemon or now what they specialize in please tell me what you think i should train them on .

For me Aurorus looks like it has fairly balanced stats, primarily a good Sp.Atk. It's only downside is its speed which is looking like base 40-60, as such I think go for any sort of speed-reducing nature, I'd recommend Quiet. As for EVs, definitely max out Sp.Atk, I maxed out HP as well to make it bulky and gave the other 4 to defense.

Dragalge looks slow and spdef. Go Relaxed/Sassy. I'd run full HP and Defense with Sp.Atk investment (4) or full HP and Sp.Def with Def investment (4), relaxed would work better for one, sassy for too. Either way its a bulky wall.
