you want all high ivs. but 20+ hp, 28-31 satk, 28-31 spd are important.

also on the evspread.. if you use a hp then use what i gave. if using wish with it use this: 252 Spd/100 SAtk/100 Hp/56 SDef

ok I think ill go with wish and i will try to get 31 speed+sp.atk and at least 23 Hp Ill try for 31!thank you soooo much guys it is a huge help!
