Hi guys, just got into battling a few months back and have sussed out how iv's and ev's work, kind of made some sort of a team that gets my by some of the time but mostly it just gets wiped out , any suggestions would be helpful, though I would love a semi stall team rather then all sweepers, i also dont have any items for them sorted at this stag, so wud also like help as well.

Here's what I have been going with so far

Tentacruel (Bold) @ Black Sludge 252hp, 252 def and 4spdef
    Liquid Ooze
    -Rapid Spin
    -Protect
    -Toxic Spikes
    -Scald

Basically a lead and hazard remover, does work well most of the time

    Gliscor (Impish) @ poison heal 244hp, 40hp, 224 speed
    Immunity
    -Protect
    -earthquake
    -toxic
    -roost

Sylveon (Calm) @ pixie plate 252 hp, 252 spdef, 4 def
    Cute Charm
    -Wish
    -Draining Kiss
    -Calm Mind
    -Toxic

    Gengar (Timid) @ Gengarite 252spatt, 252 speed, 4hp
    Immunity
    -Thunderbolt
    -Shadow ball
    -Dazzling Gleam
    -Sludge Bomb

    Scizor (Adamant) @ Scizorite, 252hp, 40att, 216 speed
    Technician
    -Swords Dance
    -Vacuum Wave
    -Bullet Punch
    -X-Scissor

    Garchomp (Jolly) @ no item 252att, 252 speed, 4hp
    -Iron Head
    -Flamethrower
    -Outrage
    -Stonedge

Here's a better Tentacruel set to use. It may be better to actually hurt Fairies as opposed to checking them:
    -Scald
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Rapid Spin
    -Toxic/Toxic Spikes/Knock Off
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/224 Def/32 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge
    Ability: Liquid Ooze

Here's a more efficient EV spread for Gliscor: 224 HP/32 Def/232 Spe. This lets it outspeed Mega Garchomp, Therian Landorus and defensive Zapdos.

Draining Kiss is too weak to be even worth considering, despite the healing side effect:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Hyper Voice
    -Heal Bell/Calm Mind
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Pixilate

    or
    -Hyper Voice
    -Psyshock
    -Shadow Ball
    -Hidden Power (Ground)/Echoed Voice
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 132 HP/252 SAtk/124 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs
    Ability: Pixilate

Gengar has a degree of unpredictability; you might as well take advantage of it. Also, it doesn't have Immunity as an ability:
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb/Thunderbolt
    -Focus Blast
    -Destiny Bond
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Focus Sash

    or
    -Substitute
    -Shadow Ball
    -Disable/Will-o-Wisp/Pain Split
    -Will-o-Wisp/Pain Split/Focus Blast
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Black Sludge/Life Orb

    or
    -Shadow Ball
    -Sludge Bomb
    -Focus Blast
    -Trick/Thunderbolt/Hidden Power (Ice)
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

Vacuum Wave runs off of Scizor's poor Special Attack. Don't bother with it at all:
    Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -Bug Bite/X-Scissor/Knock Off
    -Roost
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/40 Atk/220 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Technician

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Bullet Punch
    -Bug Bite/X-Scissor/U-turn
    -Knock Off/Superpower
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
    Ability: Technician

    or
    -U-turn
    -Bullet Punch
    -Superpower
    -Pursuit/Knock Off
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 SDef
    Item: Choice Band
    Ability: Technician

Though Iron Head lets Garchomp deal with Fairies, it's not worth it because a 2x Iron Head barely outdamages a neutral STAB Earthquake:
    -Swords Dance
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Fang/Stone Edge
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Lum Berry/Yache Berry

    or
    -Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Stone Edge/Rock Slide
    -Fire Blast/Dragon Claw/Dual Chop
    Nature: Jolly/Naive
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Toxic
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers/Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Rough Skin

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Outrage/Dragon Claw
    -Earthquake
    -Fire Blast/Swords Dance
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry/Rocky Helmet

This is how you do a clerical Slyveon:

    -Sylveon w/Leftovers
    Nature: Bold
    Ability: Pixilate
    EVs: 252 HP, 244 Defense, 12 Sp.Attack
Moves: Wish, Protect, Heal Bell/Toxic, Hyper Voice

Thunderbolt and Dazzling Gleam sound nice on Gengar, but its better to use Focus Blast and Destiny Bond on it.

Vacuum Wave is useless on Scizor due to its low Sp.Attack and access to Bullet Punch. Replace Vacuum Wave with Roost and put those Speed EVs into Sp.Defense. Also, its generally not a good idea to have 2+ Pokemon holding their mega stones on a team since you can only use one mega evolution per battle.

Garchomp needs Earthquake. Ground STAB is really useful to have, so swap Iron Head with Earthquake. They do roughly the same damage to Fairies anyway:

    Neutral STAB Earthquake: 100x1.5=150
Super effective non-STAB Iron Head: 80x2=160

Also, don't use Flamethrower on Garchomp. Jolly cuts its Sp.Attack, and Garchomp doesn't really need special attacks (Mega Garchomp is a different story). Fire Fang or Swords Dance are the better options. Good items for it to use are Focus Sash, Yache/Haban/Roseli Berry, or Choice Band/Scarf.

Oh, dammit, I got ninja'd by Platinum again.

ahh so many options, thanks guys

Have made the changes to gliscor, garchomp and nearly done with gengar, will i be better of swapping any of the team members out for sumthing better

I didn't see that your Scizor had Scizorite, so here's the EV spread for bulky SD Mega Scizor: Adamant with 248 HP/136 Def/104 SDef/20 Spe.

hmm im having an issue getting an eevee with hyper voice, could i use sumthing else in its place for a special wall? also are i seem to have 3 sweepers and 3 defensive mons, would i be better off having maybe jst 2 sweepers and an extra tank/wall?

An Eevee with Hyper Voice can be transferred via Poke Transfer from Black 2/White 2, as Hyper Voice is a move tutor there. However, it must have Anticipation as an ability.

Blissey or Clefable make fine substitutes:

    Blissey:
    -Heal Bell/Aromatherapy
    -Seismic Toss/Flamethrower
    -Toxic/Thunder Wave
    -Soft-Boiled
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Natural Cure

    Clefable:
    -Calm Mind
    -Moonblast
    -Moonlight/Wish
    -Heal Bell/Aromatherapy/Flamethrower/Protect
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware/Magic Guard

    or
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Moonblast
    -Heal Bell/Aromatherapy/Toxic
    Nature: Bold/Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe (Bold) or 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe (Calm)
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Unaware/Magic Guard

    or
    -Calm Mind
    -Moonblast
    -Flamethrower
    -Soft-Boiled/Moonlight
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/244 Def/12 Spe
    Item: Leftovers/Life Orb
    Ability: Magic Guard

    or
    -Moonblast
    -Fire Blast
    -Thunderbolt
    -Soft-Boiled/Moonlight
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
