  • Gyro Ball and Thunder Wave don't work well together because Gyro Ball weakens if the opponent's Speed gets lower. Ferrothorn would rather have the passive recovery of Leech Seed, so drop either Gyro Ball or Thunder Wave for it.

Bisharp or Mandibuzz are also handy partners for Gardevoir, as they can easily deal with Aegislash. The former discourages Stealth Rock from being blown away by Defog, while the latter provides Defog support for Volcarona:

    Bisharp:
    -Sucker Punch
    -Iron Head
    -Knock Off
    -Pursuit
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Dread Plate/Black Glasses/Life Orb
    Ability: Defiant

    Mandibuzz:
    -Foul Play
    -Roost
    -Taunt/Whirlwind
    -Defog
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 248 HP/136 Def/108 SDef/16 Spe
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Overcoat

Heatran and Tyranitar are also good partners to handle Talonflame:

    Heatran:
    -Lava Plume
    -Protect
    -Taunt/Roar/Stealth Rock
    -Will-o-Wisp/Toxic
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 248 HP/220 SDef/40 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Substitute
    -Toxic
    -Lava Plume/Fire Blast/Flamethrower
    -Protect/Earth Power
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 252 SAtk/12 SDef/244 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Overheat/Fire Blast
    -Flash Cannon
    -Stone Edge/Earth Power
    -Flamethrower/Fire Blast/Hidden Power (Ice)
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

    Tyranitar:
    -Stone Edge
    -Crunch
    -Pursuit
    -Earthquake
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Sand Stream

    or
    -Stealth Rock
    -Stone Edge/Ice Beam
    -Crunch
    -Earthquake/Fire Blast
    Nature: Impish/Relaxed
    EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Sand Stream
