It's called looking info up on a Pokedex. There are lots of Pokedexes all over the internet.

Anyways, Nidoking only learns 2 moves – Thrash (Lv. 22) and Megahorn (Lv. 43). Thrash sucks, but Megahorn is awesome. Don't worry though, Nidoking gets his other best moves from TMs and move tutors – Earthquake, Sludge Bomb, and Rock Slide.

For an Electric team, you'll want Zapdos, Raikou, Jolteon, Electabuzz, Lanturn, and for your final pokemon, you can choose from Raichu, Magneton, or Ampharos.

First off, questions of this nature should be asked in the Simple Questions thread that is stickied at the top.

Nidoking only learns learns two moves. Thrash (Lv22-FRLG, Lv23-RSE) and Megahorn (Lv43). Like all Pokes that evolve with a stone, you need to make sure that you have all the other moves you want BEFORE evolving your Nidorino. Granted, its other best moves are TMs, but you get the idea.

An all-Electric team isn't smart since a Swampert can come in and destroy your entire team with a STAB Earthquake and there is VERY little that you can do about it. Anyways, here you go:

Raikou
- Calm Mind
- Crunch
- Reflect
- Thunder/Thunderbolt

The "Dog" should be your front-runner because the first thing you are going to do is Reflect and Raikou has the speed to pull it off most of the time. Too bad Zappy or Electrode cannot learn it, because they are faster than Raikou. Abuse CM and let Crunch and Thunder/TB wreek havoc. I suggest using Thunder if you are going to have a Poke on your team with Rain Dance. Otherwise, stick with TB.

Zapdos
- Drill Peck
- Rest
- Sleep Talk/Light Screen/Thunder Wave
- Thunderbolt

Switch in against potential EQers. DP for Bug/Grass/Fighting problems. Restalk is preferred, but you can use LS instead to help protect against the inevitable Ice Beam. TW is also an option to get your opponent's statused and allowing you to strike first. Zappy and Raikou should be hit and run Pokes, unless your opponent allows you to set up a few CMs on Raikou. Then you can sweep away.

Lanturn
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Thunder
- Rest/Toxic

This is your tank. The attacks are not that great, note the Thunder over TB, but its defenses certainly help. I would suggest Chestorest, but Toxic is VERY useful.

Electabuzz
- Cross Chop
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
- Psychic/Thunderbolt/Thunder

This is your utility Poke. VERY versatile. CC for Dark/Ice/Normal/Rock, FP for Bug/Grass/Steel, IP for Dragon/Flying/Grass/Ground, and Psychic for Fighting/Poison. Psychic can also be replaced by TB/Thunder.

Magneton
- Metal Sound/Reflect
- Substitute/Rain Dance
- Thunderbolt/Thunder
- Toxic

Your other Reflect user. Be careful with Maggie though, since it has a 4x weakness to Ground. Use MS if you can, but having a second Reflect user will prove beneficial. I suggest Sub over RD, but both have their advantages. Toxic to help take down opponents.

Electrode
- Explosion
- Light Screen
- Thunder
- Thunder Wave

The last slot depends on what you want. Personally, I think a lightning-fast (pun intended) Explosion will be most useful, since Electrode will almost always go first, allowing you to take out a threat. TW should be used, especially if Zappy doesn't have it. With Electrode's speed (second highest non-uber speed in the game), you can status your opponent once or twice and then go boom on them. LS is another option.

You can also go with a BP Jolteon (Agility/Baton Pass/Substitute/Thunderbolt) or even a stronger Ampharos that can SubPunch or even Reflect/LS in the last slot.

Good luck.

Edit: a little late, but hopefully still helpful

As a newbie, you should be reading the stickies at the top BEFORE posting.

You cannot get Mareep or Flaafy in FRLG. You can only get Mareep in the Safari Zone in Emerald. You can also get Flaafy in Colesseum by snagging it from Diogo, iirc.

Your question has been answered, thanks guys!

Next time you have a question ask it in Simple Questions. Using it helps us reduce spam so it helps us help you. The link to this overly helpful thread is in my sig and in the group of stickies near the top of the FR/LG (GBA) thread listing.
