Spinoff/Mobile Help with Pokemon Go please!!

    I am new to Pokemon Go. How does it work exactly? I can't figure it out!! I did catch a few pokemon though that were circled around my player avatar, but the rest is confusing for me!! Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

    For the most part yes because when you get eggs walking will hatch them. I know you can open the game say every 15 mins to a half hour and Pokemon will randomly pop up that you can catch. The game was made to get people out of the house and explore.
