Use thumbnails as in attach an image?
If so then click "Post Reply" then in there under "Attach Files" there is a button click that find your files with the "Browse" button and make sure you click "Upload" and wait till it's uploaded or it won't show up on the post.

Thumbnails? If you're referring to posts, you're probably seeing large picture attachments that are turned into thumbnails. If you mean inserting images into your post, that's different. And lastly if you mean in a website, this is the wrong area. ^_^;
