Move it where? This is the correct forum for questions. There is no information in the FAQ's about where to get animated gifs so he asked.This is for questions abotu the community.
As for the thread, I'm gonna close it. Why? Because the answer is simple.
The extra neat sigs that you see around the community are made by people that spend time and energy to make it look awesome. It's not something they throw together in 20 seconds and call it a done deal. Put time and energy into a Photo program and you can have a sig like them.
