Mewtwo - Flamethrower.

Dead Scizor. Use something else.
 
Most mewtwos have psychic + boltbeam + calm mind/recover...
 
Most Mewtwo goes with boltbeam, but bolt is still enough to destroy Scizor already... best chance is to endure then HP Bug with Swarm+Salac imho... take a sp.def- personality to gurantee that endure will work too.
 
with or without flamethrower, Mewtwo can use thunderbolt and just finish you off... like before, the best way is endure+salac+HP Bug+Swarm... no other way unless your friend is a bit "awkward" with swift/recover/psychic/whatever.

**** people, h asked for a moveset, not how many things can kill Scizor...

Look, Scizor won't kill Mewtwo. Period.
But as for a moveset, try this:

Scizor@Liechi Berry
Jolly: 252 Att, 129 Spd, 129 Sp Def
Agility
Silver Wind
Return
HP Fighting/Steel Wing (HP if it's Netbattle)

The idea is to raise his Speed and then take advantage of his attack by using those Physical moves.
I got this from a guide on gfaqs, and it works decently.
