[Legends: Arceus] help

According to Serebii, Leaf Blade at 34 and Leaf Storm at 43
 
What you may need to do is press the up button and get into the menu showing your team. Use the direction buttons to select Decidueye. You'll have four options (Check summary, Change moves, Change name, Cancel). Select Change moves. From the list on the left, select Leaf blade. Be sure to press X as the direction says. Decidueye should be updated with Leaf blade.
