    Hi uhm which pokemon is best to help me evade my taxes?

    don't make me resort to digimon.
     
    • Porygon line: Lives in cyberspace. Might be able to access the government database and alter your tax records.
    • Magnezone: Exudes electromagnetic waves. Could be capable of destroying databases that way. (May have taken precautions against that, though.)
    • Gholdengo: Creates money. Never needs to commit tax evasion with it. Probably sells for a lot too.

      Alternatively, funnel that money into becoming a politician. Use your legislative power to create tax loopholes that specifically benefit you.
    • Arceus: Who needs a government?
