You need to have the link of the image, which means you need to upload your own photos to a site as imgur or photobucket first. You can insert the image in a post using img tags, for example:
Code: 
[PLAIN][IMG]https://i.imgur.com/ULOXI7T.png[/IMG][/PLAIN]

This then appears as:

[PokeCommunity.com] helpppppp
 
Yes, you can do Facebook images. Any direct image link will work. Also you need a few more posts.
