I completely changed my old team to this new one. Hopefully, this one will work better.

    Ambipom @ Life Orb
    Jolly (+Speed, -Special Attack)
    Technician
    252 Atk/252 Speed/4 HP
    -Taunt
    -Fake Out
    -Pursuit
    -Brick Break

Fake out the first turn for flinching. Then taunt, so that stealth rock or other entry hazards, or stat boosters cannot be placed. Brick Break is to mess up screeners. Pursuit is when I predict a switch and for leads that don't get affected by Fake Out.

    Starmie @ Choice Specs
    Timid (+Speed, - Attack)
    Natural Cure
    252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
    -Thunderbolt
    -Surf
    -Ice Beam
    -Rapid Spin

Starmie's my Rapid Spinner and Special sweeper, and can switch in to a status, because of its ability, the status will go out after a switch, which might happen because of Specs too.

    Tangrowth @ Wide Lens
Impish (+ Defense, - Special Attack)
    Chlorophyll
    228 Defense, 252 HP, 28 Attack
    -Power Whip
    -Sleep Powder
    -Earthquake
    -Swords Dance

Tangrowth makes a good Physical Wall. First it puts the opponent to sleep, mostly forcing a switch. On that turn, it can take a free Swords Dance, to get an attack boost. Power Whip and Sleep Powder's accuracy is raised by Wide Lens.

    Machamp @ Choice Band
    Adamant (+Attack, -Special Attack)
    No Guard
    252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Defense
    -Dynamic Punch
    -Stone Edge
    -Close Combat
    -Ice Punch

Machamp is my Physical sweeper. With its ability, Dynamic Punch and Stone Edge always hit. Close Combat for reliable STAB. Dynamic Punch always confuses, which could be used to my advantage. Ice Punch is just filler.

    Arcanine @ Choice Scarf
    Timid (+Speed, -Attack)
    Flash Fire
    252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 4 HP
    -Flamethrower
    -Dragon Pulse
    -ExtremeSpeed
    -Roar

Arcanine is my favorite Pokemon. Special Arcanine might not be the most common one, so it might surprise a few opponents. Flamethrower is there for STAB. Dragon Pulse hits Dragons who take less damage from Fire Attacks, and Extremespeed is to kill off Pokemon that just have a little HP left, and is a priority move. It can roar away Pokemon that were setting up, or are proving to be difficult for Arcanine to handle. It can also switch into a fire attack that might be aimed at Regice or Tangrowth, and get a boost.

    Regice @ Leftovers
    Bold (+Defense, -Attack)
    Clear Body
    252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 Special Defense
    -Rest
    -Sleep Talk
    -Charge Beam
    -Ice Beam

Regice is my Special Wall, but it can wall physical and special attacks well with the EV spread. Its special defense is already pretty high, so it doesn't need that many EVs in it. A standard BoltBeam combo. Here Charge beam raises Special Attack (70% chance) and then Ice Beam can have more power. Rest and Sleep Talk to heal.

So...what do you think of this team?

Don't put Rapid Spin on your Specs Starmie, It wan't Grass Knot or Psychic. Trick is also an option to screw up its counters. Even with 2 SR weak pokes, you don't necessarily have to have a spinner.

Tangrowth needs to pick a job, it either needs to be swords dancing or physical walling. It can't do both, mostly because with no investment in attack and speed EVs, it's a rather crappy swords dancer. Even so, Tangrowth is mostly just dead weight nowadays, especially on OU teams. I'd consider replacing it with Celebi, who can do the exact same stuff as Tangrowth, only better. If you do plan on using it, Leftovers > Wide Lens so it stays alive.

Machamp doesn't need Dynamic Punch and Close Combat on the same set. Consider adding both Ice and Thunderpunch > Dynamic Punch and Stone Edge for better type coverage. Also, give half those speed EVs to HP so it has some durablility.

Add a Hidden Power > Roar on Arcanine, which is kind of lol on a choice set. If you're choiced into roar, then you pretty much have to switch out if you roar in a threat. HP Grass is probably the best choice to deal with bulky waters.

Calm > Bold on Regice, it needs to be able to take special hits, and you'll gain much more survivability.

This team is pretty metagame weak. DD Mence and SD Luke rip you apart, and Arcanine is a poor insurance polity against powerful sweepers who can just stat up and lol at weak extreme speeds. I'd take a look at the threats in the OU metagame sticky so you can better assess some of these weaknesses. A lot of your UU members can be replaced for something more effective, which is a must have for standard OU battles.

Arcanine isnt good for Special sweeping . try this Mix Scarf Lucario set

    Lucario @ Choice Scarf
    Mild Nature
    Inner Focus
    44 Atk / 214 SpA / 252 Spe
    - Close Combat
    - Stone Edge
    - Dark Pulse
    - Hidden Power [Ice]

and you dont need Close Combat on Machamp since he already have DynamicPunch . put Payback on it , you will find it handy against Gengar .

Tangrowth is a wanabe wall , use Skarmory .

Your team seems done he waits for for being destroyed from a Heracross, perhaps it would be opportune to replace Regice with a Pokémon as Gyarados (helped by the fate that in your team you have a Rapid Spinner, therefore if he succeeds in removing the Stealth Rock Gyarados not to take 25% of damage to switch) that he help yourself against Heracross.

Well, this was not supposed to be an OU team. I like using Pokemon I like, and using them to the best of my ability. I do not like being standard, or using standard sets (which unfortunately will happen on my Machamp). Yes, I have seen the OU threat list, and in my opinion, they've never been real threats for me in any team I've used, because I can predict them so well.
