    Sup guys. I'm 18 and I think the first game i picked up wassss...... leaf green. :cheeky: ever since ive been hooked but ive never really gotten into the competitive battling like i want. my favorite generation would have to be 3. i loved playing it and everytime i go back to it i feel really nostalgic :). my favorite legendary would have to be Kyogre, i love the way it looks and it has to be the bulkiest water ive ever used. my hands down, favorite starter is Mudkip. everytime i look at it i get a goofy little grin on my face :laugh:. as far as my favorite pokemon in genersl, its a tie between Metagross, Magmortar, and Gengar. As for my personal life, im currently employed at autobell car wash and after 2 1/2 years, its time to move on. im trying to get an electrician job at the shipyard in newport news, virginia.... crossing my fingers. But yeah i still have a lot that i want to learn so that i can become the pok'emon master lol. i look forward to learning from you all and maybe even helping others out as i go :D

    Hey dude!

    Joining PC is a great opportunity to get into competitive battling if you're interested in that. We have a great section for that as well as a Pokemon Online server where the people are more than happy to teach you about how it all works :). It's not really my thing personally, I prefer to play just like I did when I was a child lol... but I'm a nostalgia man so I don't like anything that gets in the way of that xD

    I can see why you'd want to get out of the car wash industry after all that time. I've been working in a liquor store for three years and customer service can get really taxing at times haha. People can suck sometimes and customer service can just bring out the worst in people lol.

    Anyway, welcome to PC! I hope you have a great time here and I hope I see you around :). Feel free to send me a VM on my profile if you wanna say hi or whatever :D

    In Pokemon Ruby (my first Pokemon game) my starter was a female Mudkip. I'm not kidding, one of the few times I didn't get a male starter. She's now a Swampert resting in my SoulSilver, I have fond memories of her.

    And speaking of your faves, Metagross is darn EPIC.

    You should check out the Pokemon Gaming areas since there's loads of stuff to do over there. I'm most often seen in Other/Pokemon Trivia, they are such fun sections.

    We also have the Competitive Battling Center where you can battle your PC buddies through its own Pokemon Online server.

    My fave starter (and fave Pokemon in general) is Oshawott. So cute... and my fave Legendary Pokemon are Reshiram, Zekrom and the Lake Trio.

    If you ever have a tough question, talk to 'em moderators. They are there to help you.
