I just dont know what do to next. like we set up benchmarks that we'll upload this and that when it reaches some particular number. but right now its a bleak dark way ahead.
my videos in which i am putting efforts arent getting views. i dont know what should i do.

I'm certainly no expert, but I could think of a couple things.

It's hard to find success with YouTube, because there's over 30 million channels and videos pouring into the site every second. So I would say gaining exposure and breaking out of a 'bubble' could help. By exposure, I mean being involved with other communities. Leaving comments on other videos if a big thing. This doesn't mean your leaving comments to advertise your channel, but if you do it naturally there will be people curious enough to check out your channel. Especially if you manage a top comment, as it lets your channel sit on the top of the list. (Meaning more people feel inclined to see who you are). You can also try to 'network' with other very small youtubers. Many will ask 'sub4sub'? and when your small, any number is big. It's hard as a tiny youtuber, even if you put in a ton of effort. Because why would you ever want to check out the professional YouTuber with 10 subscribers, when you can watch the big YouTuber with 2 million, and at the same time be a part of that large community? That success can come in time, it might even take years. But you can get there. Being small with 100 subscribers isn't a bad thing.

Which is why I would say be yourself. You can be inspired, but you should never copy. Also, do something that stands out. You have to make it so people want to watch you over the plethora of other Pokemon Youtubers. To be quite blunt, the genre is saturated. There's probably a billion Pokemon videos, so you have to find something special. Many people resort to challenge runs (Such as nuzlockes and other variants, but that's also lost the unique factor). Finding your unique niche is one of the most important things.

Also I would say to make your enjoying it. Worrying about subscriptions immediately probably isn't a good idea. But make YouTube a hobby, or a side thing. People will eventually gravitate.

This is a video on the algorithm, if you want to know how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gHuUHOpbuCc

I'm sorry to hear you aren't getting views. My advice probably isn't perfect, but I hope you find the success you want (Even if it looks dark at the moment). Just try to get through the lower moments, because as a small youtuber the only place you have to go is up. Getting those subscriptions and views can take time, it most likely won't be an overnight thing.

I gotta be honest I've never heard of the "love cup" before watching these videos, it seems like a very niche thing.

Niche things are not bad however, many youtubers can make bank talking about tiny communities and even give them new energy if they present them to an outside audience.

Welcome to the forum! I wanted to let you know that there is a section here that's especially for topics like these. I'm going to move this post over to Internet & Technology, you might get more discussion about YouTube there. Good luck to you.

youtube, as in the channel itself, is oversaturated. what makes you different from 40,000 other Pokemon youtubers who might also be doing the exact same thing as you, sometimes better? i'm coming at this as someone who was in the grind not too long ago. had a Pokemon Let's Play channel that i made way back in late 2013, and got it to about 400+ subs before i gave up a year or so later bcs it was too taxing on my time and i needed to focus on school.

i came back to it when the pandemic hit and i suddenly had so much time at home. got it to about 750 subs til i gave up again, and possible indefinitely. it wasn't fun when i was focusing more on making my videos good instead of enjoying the game. it doesn't matter how much effort your pour into it, there's always gonna be so many others with more connections than you get bigger and faster, and it's gonna be fucking infuriating.

pro-tip? just enjoy making the content. if you're not having fun while making videos, or if you get demotivated from a lack of views, then seriously rethink whether you should keep doing this grind or not. i did that a while back, and realized that i was only in it for the views. i only wanted to make a channel so i could know what it feels like to be "youtube famous" or whatever. i wasn't enjoying it all that much from the backend, and the slow pace of progress didn't help at all. that's as much as i can say to you my guy. wishing you all the best.
