Tell me why I should not use Internet Explorer! It's that simple :P Note that I can be quite stubborn when it comes to things like this :)

    *is an ex-Google Chrome user*

    because it sucks.

    kay problem solved. :)

It is basic tbh. Other browsers offer better services... Some say Chrome is faster, or Firefox is... You don't hear IE is faster.. That's just silly... imo...

    Nica summed it up perfectly.

And, it took many years for IE to catch up to modern web, whereas Chrome is updated a lot. And, you don't have every single installer wanting to add a toolbar to Chrome, but IE can become littered with them.

    And what gunnerpow7 said.

IMO it's the how you use IE that bugs me, it's how you constantly say how amazing the new one is and how much better it is than chrome and such at certain tasks but then you'll go on a rant about how someone didn't support IE 94 or something in their coding.
Im glad you use IE, just use the most recent one and stop trying to make out of date people the priority.

I am using IE 9. :P You might hear me yapping about older browsers, but really, the only older version that I do care about is IE 8. If your site breaks completely in that, sometimes it's the matter of your site not holding up well with CSS2.1 styles. It's perfectly OK to drop support for these kind of browsers (legacy HTML4/CSS2.1 browsers), though.

The biggest problem is when stuff doesn't work in IE9 and doesn't require any fancy stuff.

(Guys, if you have been doing your stuff in Opera, you know full well that IE will handle it just fine.)

That made me think of this. Every single thing has its pros and cons, tbh.
