No$GBA is history. As we all know that the developer of No$GBA, Martin Korth is no longer heard of again. Most of us use the latest version of DeSmuME, because this would be the only Emulator compatible of playing Pokémon Black and Pokémon White properly. Except you may need an EXP patch for Pokémon Black and Pokémon White, because that EXP problem on the emulator might not have been fixed yet. I'm sure one day they will, and here's the thing, using Pokémon Black/White saves on No$GBA is impossible to do, you cannot save the game on No$GBA, because the save types are not adjusted properly to the emulator. As I must repeat myself, downloading the latest version of DeSmuME will have you not worry about the problem anymore. ;)

You're wrong. Very very very wrong. Why can I play B/W on NO$GBA perfectly fine then, with the save working and all? Everyone should stop saying that B/W doesn't work on NO$GBA because that is completely wrong.

Anyways, try setting the NDS Cartridge Back Up Media to FLASH 512KBytes. That would make the saves work, but I'm not sure if using another save would work but its worth a try.

And don't listen to people saying that B/W doesn't work in NO$GBA, they're wrong.

ok i tried that thing where you do the import backup data on desmume, but when i load it, it stays the same, so i wait till i get to they save and BAM still new game :((

... The EXP problem isnt the emulator it's one of nintendo's many new fancy anti-copyright patch
so if it's played on something other than a Ds/DsLite/Dsi/DsiXl/3Ds it blocks the EXP growth unless you get the patch some guy made.
    It isnt emulators fault!
