I'm new, and I hate how awkward it is putting your first post in a conversation, where everyone can see you have only 1 measly post. I'm really glad this forum has a welcoming section. So, yep, I'm Kyle, really love the third gen games, but dont mind the first and second either. Not a huge fan of the new gens, probably because the pokemon's names in these newer games have become harder and harder to pronounce :P

I agree with you on how awkward it can be when you only have one post. But all that can be changed with a quick look around the forums and posting in anything you think you can contribute to ^-^
If generations 1-3 are your cup of tea then you'll enjoy this section.Hardly any new generation conversations there :D

Well, not many people here care much about postcount, as long as you have something interesting to say, so don't worry about that!

Other than the forums that Hybrid Trainer suggested, there are also a lot of non-Pokemon related ones - you can join fanclubs, or post stories and poetry, or draw, or have interesting debates, to get you started. I would recommend checking out all the forums to see which ones hold your interest, because there is certainly something for everyone here. :)

Be sure to read the rules, and if you have any questions, there are plenty of people you can ask! No one bites, I promise, so feel free to shoot a message anyone's way if you have any questions about the forum. Have fun!
