Hey there Everyone! (Poke Idea)

    A long time ago someone showed me the wonderful world of Pokemon Hack Rom and I tried creating one, but didn't even know how to start . So here I am, looking for a team to help me create it.
    As I'm new to this forum, I don't know where to post my ideas to make this game. For this reason, here is a little intro to the main idea of that game that I'll later expand.
    The story will be based in the Kanto War that happened 12 years before the events of Red/Blue and whole point of this game is to explain all the inconsistencies and mysteries that surround the Pokemon Universe (ranging from L.Surge, Team Rocket and Oak's backstory to simple things like Cubone, Ditto and Haunter origins). I also want to give it an optional Nuzlocke, to emphasize the war feeling that this game will give transmit.
