    Hey, Im Maxamillion and I veeery recently got into romhacking... (2 days ago :3c )
    Anyway thats about all I to say other than I have no clue where the questions/support section is for romhacking; I could have sworn I saw one yesterday...
    If someone could direct me there I would greatly appreciate it as I have a bit of a funny problem with my rom.

    Well, starting a hack isn't that hard. you just need to gather information in every tool you use and details about "What is your hack all about" "What is there story?" Even if the time comes that you're good at it, you still make mistakes and you can't do it alone. Well depends if you have the skills you need. That's the end of my Words of Wisdom. And when I say parts I mean.. The whole Forum!
     
    Building on what L96 said, you can check out the Tutorials section and the Simple Questions thread. There are several aspects of ROM Hacking, some harder than others - from mapping to ASM editing. If you have any questions, please remember to post them in the Simple Questions thread - not the Community Questions and Feedback, (which is not for ROM Hacking).

    Oh, and welcome to PokéCommunity! I forgot about that.
     
    Looks like our wonderful members have you covered already, but don't hesitate to ask staff or members anytime if you have more questions! Emulation's Simple Questions thread is a great resource to ask almost anything hacking-related, like if you need help finding a specific tutorial and the like. There are also a lot of veteran hackers around there who are more than happy to provide some assistance if need be. Welcome! n_n ♥ I'd recommend stopping by the Help Recruitment thread as well if you'd like to put a team together, though that might require some waiting as there are a lot of other hackers seeking aid. Doesn't hurt to try, though.

    ROM Hacking is your interest, right? The members right above me got you covered in the many parts of the largest section here at the PokeCommunity. What kind of hack are you planning on working on? You are more than welcome to provide a few details! :3 I'd love to hear about it. :)

    Since you are looking for the support section of ROM Hacking, in addition to the people that linked you to various subsections/threads that may be of help, there's also the Simple Question thread. It's a large thread where many of your questions about ROM hacking will get answered. But I want to tell you before you go ahead and ask, you should probably search for your question(s) in that thread because there is a large probability that your question may be answered already!

    Also, don't forget to check out the Tutorials section, as that could also help a lot as well! Lots of tutorials are on there.

    Already love this community! Well for now I'm just making a bit of a joke hack for my friend and I but It seems like it would be a fun thing to make a proper hack and I will more than likely do it in the future!
    Looking forward to getting involved with the community more!
