Hi there Chronuswing, and welcome to PC!
We are a community full of Pokemon fans of many different ages and cultures, and if you were ever looking for a place to talk to fellow fans you definitely made the right choice. In fact, PC is so diverse we are more than just a run-of-the-mill Pokemon forum. We have loads of diverse topics, ranging from the latest Pokemon games to ROM hacks to chit-chat, and more! Since your intro was short, why not tell us what the main reason was for joining? I'm just so curious around new members cos I love directing them to the section they might love.
Have you heard about the new Pokemon X & Y games, coming this October? The Kalos region and its new Pokemon all look pretty cool I have to say, and the new characters are really awesome too. And I love how adorable the starter Pokemon are. Which one do you plan on picking? The Grass-type Chespin, Fire-type Fennekin or Water-type Froakie? I may probably go with Froakie on my first playthrough since I love Water-types, but Chespin looks pretty unique in design as well. October can't come soon enough!
I do hope you enjoy your stay and become an active member, and remember you can always ask those staff members in the blue, orange and red names, so they're not too hard to find. Remember, after all they are there to help you, such as our mod of this section, the wonderful Cirno who loves helping new members like you. You didn't give us much to go off of from your introduction, so I'd highly encourage telling us a little more. I'm sure you can write a while book about yourself so it wouldn't hurt to share a fraction of it with our wonderful members. You can tell us about your favorite Pokemon, what games you enjoy, when you got into the franchise, perhaps your favorite type if you have any, what you do in your spare time, and so on! I was actually thinking of creating a form for new members who don't have much to say that they can fill out and put in their introduction, but that's still in the works. We'd love to know even a little bit more since that helps us post a reply and find out what we have in common, hehe. I might be being a little pushy here but it's always fun to meet people and make friends, isn't it?
Oh, and I'm doing well! Just woke up a little while ago actually, how about you?! I'm really happy to see you've made a few posts around the community already, so keep that up. Some newbies join, create an introduction thread, and then are never heard from again, which truly does stink. >.< PokeCommunity's the kind of forum where getting involved would net you the best experience - there are lots of events to join and discussion threads to participate in. We also have a lot of great staff who are always around to assist if need be, as well as an entire board dedicated to helping members with problems or questions they may have about the forum.
All-in-all, don't be shy to get involved and you'll find yourself constantly coming back. :D We'd love to have you! If you're ever looking for someone to talk to or ask questions, I'm always around to assist.
