    Hi PokeCommunity,

    As you can see I'm another new member to the roster of this community. I decided to join on a whim while searching 'pokemon forum' and even though sneaked looks into other forums, I ultimately decided on this community.

    As for myself, I'm 20 and I live in Southern California. I'm currently on my summer break before my third year of college. My interest fall into singing, lounging around, partying, going onto this site called reddit [with its mascot being my avatar] and playing Pokemon, which has been around for a better part of my life. For television, I enjoy 'How I Met Your Mother' immensely and South Park. Musical taste ranges as I'll listen to alternative, hip hop and house; however, I can say 'Vampire Weekend' is my favorite band.

    Anyways, back to Pokemon, I'm trying to enter the competitive scene and I've been working on a pretty clique team to get my foot in the door. So, I'm hoping this community could help me out and in return I'd like to become another active member. Thanks for reading! :)

    Anyways, welcome to PC, Guard! Great to see ya! So you're into competitive battling? You've come to the right place. You should browse over to the Competitive Battling Corner, where you can get help by setting up a team and getting tips on winning battles! You can also challenge other PC members for battles via WiFi, and trust me, it's really fun!

    I hope you do become an active member, because PC is a great place to be. Just to remind you, that if you ever have any questions about something, feel free to contact a staff member! Make sure you read the rules since they're pretty important. And have fun! See ya around! :)
