    Hello everybody!
    I've kind of been searching around for a good Pokemon forum for a while, and this looks like it may be the site for me. :D
    I've been a Pokemon player for what seems like forever now, with my first game being Yellow.
    I guess that's all I can think of for now, so see you around the forum!

    You've definitely come to the right place! PokeCommunity is of course far superior to any other Pokemon forum, and that opinion is not biased in the slightest... no, not in the slightest...

    It sounds like you're on the older end of the spectrum if you've been playing since Yellow, and it's always good to get some more older blood every now and then!
     
    Hello Kayest! Welcome to PC! Have you any other games than Yellow? I remember when I first time received Pokémon game - it was Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team. Do you mind if I ask few questions?

    Who is your favourite Pokémon?
    Who is your favourite character?
    What is your favourite region?

    Well my favourites are:

    Favourite Pokémon: Torterra and Lucario.
    Favourite characters: Ash and Dawn.
    Favourite region: Sinnoh.

    Hmmm...
    I have many favorites, but I especially love Eevee, Skitty and Gulpin! :3
    Favorite character...if you mean in the anime, I haven't watched since when the Orange Islands first aired, so I would have to say Misty, I guess.
    In terms of game characters, I really like Ethan (Male from HG/SS), N from B/W, and the female character from B/W.
    Favorite region is definitely Hoenn, but Kanto holds a special place in my heart, though.

    And yeah, I have MANY other games besides Yellow.
    Silver, Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Leaf Green, Pearl, White, and Black. In terms of spinoffs, I've played Ranger, Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team and Explorers of Time, Snap, and a little bit of some others.
     
    Oh, Yellow. Honestly, those were the good days in Pokemon gaming. I wish I still had that Game Boy where I can play them again. xD

    I'm happy that you've found us by searching. ^_^ I'd like to personally welcome you to the forums, Kayest! How old were you when you started playing Pokemon? To me I guess I've been playing since forever as well, with my first game being Red. Though I'd prefer having my Pikachu follow me sometimes. xD

    Wow, searching actually landed you here! Whoa! It's been a long time since I last used a search engine or anything else similar to it to look for forums - I'm more of a referred guy these days. But still, on to the topic - welcome to PC! XD

    I perhaps am playing it forever... It's been a long time since the Game Boy Pocket and Pokémon Red & Blue were released, huh? I used to have them. Now I no longer have them, being given away... but I am enjoying the current generation, cause I somehow am no longer missing the past... Ahh....

    Welcome to the forums, Kayest! What a lovely name by the way! If your looking for the best site & the best place to discuss Pokemon, then PC is without a doubt, the place to be! Basically, you could find a lot of topics about Pokemon, well PC is diverse, so you could also come across topics that are not Pokemon related, those sections that are usually below the board are the off-topic ones. And If you want to discuss about the games, each has it's own section, so you'd have to explore them yourself! .. You could also get to meet a bunch of PokeFans and perhaps make friends with them! Don't worry, they don't bite! :3

    I've also been a huge fan of the games, I still have my old ones, like Pokemon Yellow, Red, Blue, and etc. But some of them aren't working that fine anymore, but I wouldn't deny that during those times were the best Pokemon-gaming experience of my life. I enjoy the current games, but I believe that nothing beats the original. I'm playing B/W right now and is hoping for future releases. :)

    .. To end this one off, here are some tips for you to start: First, remember to read the rules if you still haven't, you don't want to get yourself into trouble, don't you? Second, if your not sure about with what you are doing or with what are you gonna post, then asking the section Mod or maybe a member whose certain with the rules might be the best option.
