You probably should have been accurate and mentioned that this is just a rumour right now. It hasn't been confirmed on Pokemon.com or on Pokemon Sunday or by any official source.
 
It hasn't stopped me from becoming really excited.

Besides, if an online retailer as big as Amazon is mentioning it, it is pretty likely to be true.
 
The guy who I heard from is actually extremely reliable. I didn't hear from Amazon I heard from GCMP11.
Sure it may be a rumor but he's never lead me astray before.

And I was quoted in someone's sig? I feel honored!
 
Don't get me wrong, I think it is highly credible and about 80% certain, I'm just pointing it out for you because if it turned out to be false it wouldn't be fair for some idiots to start calling you a liar.

I saw about it on Bulbapedia today. They do have the disclaimer about the validity, though.

And poor GCP11... the Twitter account thing really was a blow to him.

Yeah I though Sudowoodo would be skinny you know like a twig.

I love how GCP11 got made in his video battling Clair saying he doesn't study Pokemon cuz he thought Clair has 3 Pokemon and not 4.

This date makes a lot more sense that April 1st imo.

lol GCMP11 is FAR from crediable. Many stuff of his turned out to be fake (ability to go to Hoenn in HG/SS? Fake Johto maps stolen from fanmade pictures on deviantart?) He just gets stuff from other places, is all - this news from amazon is actually nearly 2 days old now.
I wouldn't get my hopes up.March seems a lil early.

No, March is very possible. The official word from Nintendo thus far was Spring 2010 for America/Europe (not necessarily at the same time, mind), meaning March to May. But this specific date is not yet confirmed, just more likely than others ones given before (like gamestop's April the 1st) because of boxart also provided (but also not fully confirmed either, the boxart).

Not so - they and every other store was wrong for the dates Diamond and Pearl came out, for instance, and March 14th wasn't the first date they gave out either.
Basically - date is not confirmed by Nintendo or Pokemon themselves, so no need to discuss until it is.
