4th Gen HGSS "Expansion" (3rd Game)

You know everytime Nintendo releases two games (ex: Pear and Diamond), they then release a final edition (ex: Platinum). Well will Nintendo release a final version for HGSS? Because I don't fell like buying HG or SS if they will release a final version.

They didn't for FireRed and LeafGreen, so I imagine they won't for heartGold and SoulSilver either.

They are very unlikely to make another HGSS game, really - that's the general consensus reached everytime this question comes up. =P Especially as the third version of the originals (Crystal) has the majority of its 'features' in HGSS already - there's nothing from there that needs adding into a new game. Especially seeing the next Pokemon games have already been confirmed to be 5th gen games.
