    Hi everyone! I'm new here, but from what I've seen, the community seems really nice! I really enjoy rom hacks and challenge runs, so if anyone knows any interesting ones, feel free to share recommendations. Currently im trying to nuzlock blaze black.     I'm not into ROM hack stuff personally, but I know a few people here who could give you some suggestions. And good luck on the Nuzlocke!

    Do you have any favorite Pokemon?

    Oh yeah, Gen 5 had a ton of cool Pokemon! Which game did you start with? I chose White cause I really liked how Zekrom looked, and it's still my favorite single legendary. (my favorite trio are the ones from Gen 8 however)

    Hello Nonnie, and welcome to the forums!
    Besides ROM hacks, have you tried fan games ? I can suggest some great ones! Especially a few challenging ones, from one team of developers : Reborn (also with hairpulling puzzles) and Desolation (their most recent, not finished yet but already a dozen of hours of playing). There is also Rejuvenation (I did not play this one though).
    What is your favourite team of Pokémon ?

    I have played Black 2 myself, Generation 5 is great!
     
    I haven't tried too many fangames except for pokerogue but I've been wanting to try some others. I'll be sure to keep those on my radar! When you say favorite team, I'm not sure if you mean enemy team or team of pokemon, but ill answer both! My favorite enemy team is team skull, since they're just such silly rascals. As for my ideal team, it would just be 6 scrafty!

    Have you ever done any themed playthroughs, like say a cat/dog based team or a type based team like Dark types only?
    Doesn't have to be a challenge run with any additional restrictions or anything, I'm just referring to some sort of theme for a playthrough team =3

    Also that's one heck of a Fairy weakness on that 6 Scrafty team, just saying =P :togekiss:

    I have considered doing a playthrough with food based pokemon (alcremie, vannilite, slurpuff, ect), but ive been trying to pick which game would have the most food pokemon available before i rush into it

    I'm a new member here too, it's great to meet you!
    And I agree with you. The community is amazing, and participating in it is something I find fun.
    And ROM Hacks and Challenges? Well, that's really cool! I've played some ROM Hacks over time, but I've done very few challenges - something I have to do, urgently. And in case you haven't played it before, a ROM Hack that I recommend to you is Pokémon Gaia Version - I remember reading something related to this ROM Hack here, somewhere. The story is good, the characters are captivating and I'm sure that, whether you decide to play for the first time or play again, you'll really like it.
