what's a good way to raise them

by the way i have all 16 badges

and eventually i want to enter a pokemon tournamnet with this game

That's some list... But I'm most suprised that your starter Pokémon isn't the level 100.

Anyway, a good why to raise them would be the EXP. Share and in a place with high level pokemon. Or the Pokémon League. Just go though that with 5 good Pokémon and 1 weak one holding the EXP. share.

Any method you use will be very time consuming... so good luck with that and welcome to the Pokécommunity.
