    ive had pokemon sapphire for about 2-3 weeks and ive got 8 badges , completed the pokemon league , got kyogre , got rayquaza - i used hydro pump twice on it and it was still in yellow hp ans then i threw 1 pokeball at it and it was caught , also today i caught all the regi's ive caught 134 pokemon .. 1 more thing i saw latais and it ran away so i turned my gameboy off bcos i thought i lost it =( know i dont know where it is
     
    First of all, welcome to pokecommunity. This is the New Members thread, you say hello to the whole community here.

    Look in your pokedex under Latias and it should show where it will be next, then fly there. If you dont catch it again, look in your pokedex. That will always tell you where Latias (or Latios) will show up next.
