    Hello! I'm Alicia. :pink_blush: I've been into Pokemon since Ruby/Sapphire, but kind of lost interest after Diamond/Pearl. I just couldn't get into anything following them, excluding SoulSilver/HeartGold, but those are remakes so they don't really count, do they...? Now I'm back into it with X/Y! (like a lot of others, it seems) And happy to be :pink_smile: The game has really grabbed my interest...with that said, I decided to register here because there are several Pokes that I just GOTTA have and would love to seek out through the Friend Safari or via trading and breeding.

    I know what it's like skipping entire generations like in your situation, some never liked the newer Pokemon but now they seem to be returning with X and Y. We have a Friend Code Exchange thread over in the X/Y section so post your details there if you haven't done so already. We also have Trade Corner and Battle Center for all trading and battling purposes. I'm sure they will keep you busy for a while.

    Let us know how your experience has been going so far! There are a lot of others looking to trade, battle, or make friend safari buddies so you'll never be short of people. Don't ever be shy to contact someone, okay? Good luck hunting. :D

    Yeah, a lot of people have been getting into Pokemon again with X and Y so it's wonderful to see the surge of members. You guys are all amazing and are contributing so much to the forum. My friend safari is ground which isn't the best but is still pretty cool.. though I'm always envious of people with electric, grass, or fairy type safaris, haha. The Pokemon X & Y board will be great for you - welcome to PC and see you around.
