I recommend you check out the Emulation sub-forum~ there are places there you can discuss ROM hacking and such.

You can ask as many questions here as you'd like, PichuZilla. This is your introductory thread, after all. Asking questions is kiiiinda a good idea when you're new to a place like PC. Best to ask now~

Buuut we here in New Users and Welcome may not be able to really answer your question too well if it's too technical. XD; For that, you may wanna check out the Emulation board. There's a Simple Questions and Answers thread located there that's pretty easy to spot. :]
