    I really am not good at introductions, but I did want to say hi to everyone! I'm just starting out in Pokemon, and I have a lot to learn about breeding and all that, but I'm definitely hoping that I'll be improving soon enough to start battling and hopefully breeding some Pokemon worth trading.

    I just got Pokemon Y, and it's the first Pokemon game that I've owned in a few years, and I'm just starting to get back into the swing of things.

    My code is 4613-7760-3974, and I would definitely add anyone since I don't have any friends yet.

    I'm definitely looking forward to my time here!

    Welcome to PC! I'm glad you started off with the newest gen. It's the best gen for pokemon :3 I do hope you enjoy your time here and with pokemon~
     
    Hii there Kevani! Your introduction is perfectly fine, no worries! There is no such thing as a bad intro in my eyes xD It's great to see a fellow Pokemon fan and a new member join us today. A huge welcome to you!

    Pokemon sure draws you right in, doesn't it? It did to me, and to lots of other members here as well! :P Don't worry, there is always a start to everything. Just keep at it and persevere and pretty soon I know you'll be an expert breeder and an amazing battler! If you ever need any tips on how to improve, our Battle Center has everything you need to know about battling. There you can find people who can help you on team building or even breeding. As for trading when you're ready, here's the place to go! Also do check out our X & Y section for lively discussions on the newest games. :3

    Thanks for the replies, I'll definitely be checking everything out on these forums, and I definitely hope to spend a lot of time here. Pokemon has really sucked me in again, and I just can't wait to meet everyone here and learn everything I can about Pokemon!
     
    Welcome to the forums Kevani, it's awesome to have you. You're in the right place buddy, people are talking about X and Y with a fervor -- as simple or as technical as you wanna get! Breeding and training is loads easier this time around. Feel free to add me, always looking for new friends!

    Indeedy-do, you're definitely in the right place. This is a pretty cool little (well, big aha) community that welcomes absolutely anyone so you've definitely found a home here! ♥ Welcome and it's so very good to meet you.

    Breeding and the like shouldn't be too hard to learn; once you understand the general gist of things you'll move forward pretty quickly. I didn't start breeding for proper IVs and the like until the fifth generation and even then I didn't fully get what I was doing, ehe. xD;; But with the sixth gen it's much easier to breed and get cool Pokemon to trade others so good choice on gettin' Y! Hope you make plenty of friends during your journey and end up sticking around, yes? You seem like a pretty sweet member. Perhaps we can add each other's friend codes down the line? You're free to PM me if you're interested. :D
