So quick question I know a male breeding with ditto will pass the ability to the child but does it work if say I breed male blazikin with speed boost with a female Lucario would the child have a chance of having Justified?

nope.

HA bridding only works this way
either: female HA and non HA has 60% chance of offspring having female's HA
or post Gen VI
Male/non gendered pokemon ( e.g Golurk) have 40% passing their HA if they breed with Ditto.
