    Is it not possible to catch a Rookidee with its HA from any of its dens? When I look on Serebii at the den details it just says standard abilities.

    You can get Corviknight with its Hidden Ability in Dens 32, 61 and 89 (Gigantamax) which you can then breed to get a Rookidee with its Hidden Ability.
    If you want a Rookidee outright, you're gonna have to trade for it.
